Headshot Stations & Instant Delivery
A professional Headshot station is the perfect way to capture images at a corporate conference, trade show or event. It allows a company to get consistent looking headshots of your team in a short amount of time, delivering an incredible amount of value.
So how does it work? It’s simple, and involves no additional work by you.
Participants scan a QR code and are taken to a custom designed sign up page for your event.
Time to say cheese! Images renamed and instantly delivered to the participant via email.
We deliver a list of name and emails of all people who have taken part directly to you after the event.

What’s Included in a Headshot Station?

Our highly experienced Photographers have decades of experience and are great at making you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

We have the best equipment in the industry and all the flashy lighting to make you look good.

We can provide any color backdrop for your shoot and pair that with all of our professional off camera lighting. Maybe you need a white backdrop for your website headshot, a black backdrop for a moody portrait, or a company color – we have them all.

Each participant can scan a QR code taking them directly to a customized sign up form and gallery with your company logo.

We make sure all file names are adjusted to the name of the participant, making images easier to find and use if you’d like a copy of all participants images.

Email delivery of a personal gallery of headshots to where the participants can download their images.

We can provide a leads list of all participants names and email address in a CSV format, along with a link to all galleries.

This means you OWN the images and can do whatever you like to them! Giving you the full control that a print release or licensing doesn’t offer.
Optional Extras

We can provide an assistant on site to explain the process, help your attendees sign up, and answer any additional questions they may have. This allows the photographer to focus on getting the perfect headshots, and can speed up the process allowing even more people to use the Headshot Station per day.

If you would like your participants to be able to select their favorite image from the collection and then receive a retouched version for download, then this is the add on for you.

Need a little extra love the day of the shoot? We have a team of professional hair and make up artists ready to make you feel looking good and ready for your shoot.
