Social Media Content Creation for Events

As user-generated content creators we digitally create and produce audio/visual assets for your company’s social media. Our on-site event content creation service is there to make your event trend as it happens. We capture everything from BTS set up, full event recaps and testimonial reels allowing you to post real-time updates.
Social media is all about the User-Generated-Content, so what is USG?
UGC is content created by an individual. It’s the type of viral social media content you typically see being created and shared today by a content creator/influencer, and by real customers. This type of content will help bring your event to life in an authentic, relatable, and realistic way. UGC outperforms traditional brand created/produced content on social media.
So what's the difference between UGC and Social Media Content Creation?
UGC refers to short, authentic-style videos like Reels made to feel like they come from real users — even when brands hire creators like us to produce them. These are casual, relatable clips often used to showcase an event and build trust. A USG content creator can be hired to come and shoot one event to provide the coverage needed onsite. In contrast, Social Media Content Creation Services involve a more polished approach where an agency handles everything from strategy, branding, and visuals to posting and reporting. This type of service usually offered as an ongoing monthly package.
How do we make Content Creation happen and what equipment do we use?
Iphones are great but we use a top of the line DJI OSMO pocket 3. These super high quality but compact cameras were made specifically for this job. Small enough to fit in our pocket it’s easy to pull out and get some great 4K footage as we are onsite getting all of your photography needs covered. This powerful tool allows to to shoot great social content, while still covering the photography for your event. Then using mobile editing apps we can create reels onsite as the event is happening. We also have a full editing suite in the office to get extra reels from the footage and download RAW footage the next day.
What kinds of social media content can be made for your event?
The Set up reel: Short clips of the preparation process of the event space.
Time-lapse Reels: A time-lapse video of the event space being transformed, or your event space in action.
In-the-moment updates: Short, high-energy clips of key moments, delivered within minutes for immediate sharing.
Cinematic highlight reel: A fast-paced, 60–90-second reel that features the best shots and most significant moments set to music.
Recap videos: Shorter 15-30s highlight reels showing a few short clips on different aspects of your event.

Why Make Short Form Video for Social Media?
For corporate event reels or recap videos we are creating content that is professional, high-energy, and visually engaging, while still feeling authentic. The goal is often to showcase the event’s success, highlight key moments, and reinforce brand credibility — all in a short, shareable format. We do this for a number of reasons:
1. Build Brand Authority & Visibility: Showcase your presence at high-profile industry events and reinforce your brand identity through high-quality visuals.
2. Drive Engagement Across All Channels: Short-form video gets more shares, comments, and likes than any other content type. Boosts performance of both organic content and paid ads.
3. Capture Attention in Seconds: Perfect for today’s scroll-heavy social feeds. Delivers instant impact with music, motion, and emotion. Ideal for highlighting big moments like keynote speakers, product reveals, or crowd reactions.
4. Promote Future Events with FOMO: Create hype and urgency by showing what attendees missed. Encourage early signups for next year’s event.
5. Boost Employer Branding: Show off company culture, team collaboration, and community involvement. Attract top talent by reflecting your values and energy.
6. Engage Clients, Customers, and Partners: Use as post-event follow-up content to strengthen relationships featuring testimonials, case studies, or client interactions at the event. Great for thought leadership and customer advocacy
What Corporate social media platforms should I post my event reels on?
LinkedIn (1:1 or 4:5) – Optimal 30-90s for use in professional feed. Great platform to showcase industry thought leadership, highlight keynote moments or panels, sharing event success stories. Most LinkedIn users watch with sound off so best to have captions
Instagram Reel (9:16) – Optimal 30-60s with a more casual, authentic feel. Great platform for capturing the vibe of the event and attendee testimonials, and behind the scenes content. We use music, on-screen text, and fast cuts.
YouTube Shorts (9:16) – Optimal 15-60s great for event teasers. Engaging, informative, high-impact event recaps or speaker mic-drop moments. Pair Shorts with full-length YouTube videos for a two-tiered strategy that hooks users and drives them to your main content.
Twitter / X (1:1) – Optimal 30-60s great for post event buzz or highlight reels. Fast-paced, conversational, relevant. Best for real-time updates or recaps and quick highlight clips. Use threads to combine video with tweets that tag speakers, sponsors, and attendees for viral potential.
Facebook (1:1 or 9:16) – Optimal 30-90s with square for feed and 9:16 for reels. Best for event recaps, paid promotion for future event signups and Community engagement. Use Facebook’s advanced targeting tools to promote your video to ideal future attendees or B2B leads.
