India has so many beautiful people - everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is filled with culture, sounds we've never heard, roaming cows, delicious vegetarian food and tuk tuk's everywhere you look. A few of our experiences included (not in any particular order) 1. Sunrise on the River Ganges - getting to put an offering into the river and watch the tradition of burning of the bodies. 2. Calls to prayer 3. Sikh Temple - Everyone wants to help everyone in India (rich, poor, middle class all together) - so much so there is a 6 month wait to volunteer in the Sikh Temple making food for anyone who is hungry. No one is excluded in the temple - every religion is accepted. Amazing. There were so many great experiences in India... hopefully the images do it justice.
